School Fundraisers and Food Give-Aways

All food and beverages sold or provided to students on school campuses, by any entity, must comply with federal and state laws and our District's Wellness Policy. Here is a link to a guide for food fundraisers and what food and beverages can be offered to students on school campuses.  


Notice: The California Revenue and Taxation Code (RTC) Section 19853(b) requires local educational agencies (LEA) that operate the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) to annually notify households about the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) Information Act.
