Meal Service during Distance Learning

 

                               NEW MORNING MEAL PICK UP TIME available at 2 sites! See below.

                                   Starting 9/21, we will also be providing meals for weekends. 

 

                                          Meal service will continue during Distance Learning.

  

We are able to provide FREE meals for ALL children 18 years of age or younger.  We are able to provide these free meals for children even if they are not enrolled in one of our schools as long as they are 18 years of age or younger.

Parents/guardians can pick up these meals at ANY school site.  Children do not need to be present for meal pick up. 

Breakfast and lunch meals are available for pick-up at ANY school site Mondays and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. 

NEW: Beginning 9/21, We are also adding a morning pick up time on Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. at 2 school sites: Bethel High School and Vallejo High Finney Complex Cafeteria on Nebraska Street across the street from Vallejo High.

We are also now providing meals for weekends. We will provide a three-day supply of meals on Mondays and a four-day supply of meals on Thursdays.

Meals, foods, and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. All meals, foods, and beverages are prepared and served by qualified child nutrition professionals. We provide a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.
